All it does is distract from the core strength of 2K22's gameplay on the court. I'd rather not spend 45 seconds swaying from my house to a shoe store just to change my appearance. Let me do that in one menu by a one-button presses so that I can return to basketball.

Additionally, the City eliminates one of 2k22 mt buy 2K21's most important upgrades - elimination of load times. Even on PS5, you're going to be stuck waiting every time you'd like to leave your house or leave the practice facility. The City is just one of those clunky experiences, and proof that larger doesn't necessarily mean more.
