They're probably talking of Lost Ark players who don't have rosters established and it can take two months to move between 1370 and 1415. I've seen many late starters get stuck in the 1370-1415 range and finally quit due the high cost of raw gold for honing attempts.

Assuming that the player has to buy the mats in chests weekly gold revenue is (2100-800) = 1300g from Oreha plus 800g for P1 Argos. When you consider the worth of P3. it's much more efficient to procure P3 busses rather than do P1 and let's suppose that you make 2700 500 (box) (1300 (bus price) = 900g.
