It is possible that some guilds will be pushed towards Burning Crusade from wilkinson's blog

During the launch of the brand new Burning Crusade expansion, WoW WOTLK Classic has been hit by a DDoS attack, which could  WOW WoTLK Classic Gold interrupt players' access to the game. In the past, this expansion is a much anticipated expansion to WoW WOTLK Classic for some time; nostalgic fans have been eager to relive their adventures during the glory days of World of Warcraft. A few players have been looking forward to the increase in difficulty that Burning Crusade will likely bring along with the addition of new Heroic Dungeons and a significant modification to the meta of the game concerning World Buffs.

The most interesting thing about Burning Crusade has been the development team's stance of making "some modifications" to the game that set it apart from its 2007 release. This is in sharp against the "No changes" principle that was the basis of WoW WOTLK Classic itself and was designed to offer an experience as close to the original MMORPG as possible so as to bring the best nostalgia. However, modern gaming practices and more accessible knowledge allowed the game to be much more simple than what fans were expecting from its initial launch, which disappointed some gamers who wanted a more daunting trip through the past. Blizzard's open-minded design philosophy of Burning Crusade is likely to result in a more exciting and difficult experience.

However, some players might be waiting a little longer to learn what the changes are. Blizzard has announced via the Warcraft Devs twitter account that the game was affected by a DDoS attack. The team has warned that this attack could result in increased latency and disconnections for those looking to take advantage of the new expansion. The team has said that they are looking into this issue, however, at the time of writing, no new information has been revealed.

DDoS attacks occur when an individual attempts to interfere with an online service by overloading it with unnecessary calls and other tasks. They're a common occurrence in the online gaming space and in March, one of the players was able to carry one out on LittleBigPlanet's online servers. The increase in traffic which usually follows a major release such as Burning Crusade likely isn't helping WoW's servers to run more smoothly, and will quite possibly lead to more issues for players.

Hopefully Blizzard will fix these issues in the near future and offer its fans with the old World of Warcraft experience they've been looking forward to. Gaming communities are rife with hackers and cheaters always seeking ways to make the gaming experience more difficult for WoTLK Gold everyone else. For every one of these undesirable players who are captured yet to be caught, there are more lurking under the bushes, waiting for their opportunity to shine. It is yet to be determined what speed Blizzard will remove them out of World of Warcraft.
