Liz & Adam's Sustainable & Nature Inspired Farm Wedding from Vinctor's blog

For brides seeking to wear something rather less formal on the wedding day, I hope that these beautiful images provide plenty of inspiration. Liz decided on a beautiful, unstructured, linen dress having a pretty embroidered heart belt to put on on the day she wed Adam. The couple tied the knot on 26 June 2021 at Lower House Farm in Longtown, Herefordshire. Having fallen deeply in love with the farm venue during the photoshoot a long time ago, they took its incredible, natural setting as inspiration for her styling, adding lots of flowers, foliage, and colorful touches to create the day feel truly them.

For her bridal outfit, Liz decided to pair a relaxed, white bohemian wedding dress from FeelTimes having a custom belt produced by Angie Power and Rachel Rousham.

"My necklace was from Studio Rua and all sorts of my other jewelry was vintage from inside the family."

"Adam also wore Wonderwood by Comme des Garçons because it's very sexy. Adam is left-handed plus they designed the suit knowing that, and therefore he felt comfortable and confident at the time."

The bride was driven towards the farm in her own dad's car, complete having a bridal bow. The beautiful weather resulted in the couple could wed outside, inside a simple setting shaded by trees.

"We didn't have music because we wanted it to feel natural, but I wished I had something just to walk to about halfway over the field. I wound up humming 'The Imperial War March' of the things. Make of that what you should."

The newly-weds as well as their guests moved into the open-sided barn for any rustic, sit-down meal.

"We composed little bags of pick and mix as our favors. At weddings, I always like it when there's a sweet table so that as we couldn't do this for Covid reasons, we chose to include sweets in this manner."

Capturing all of the beautiful imagery at the time, were Emily & Steve Photography, whose gorgeous work we've had the pleasure of sharing on our pages before here.

"Emily and Steve were our number 1 choice as soon as we got engaged. Adam has known Steve since their college days therefore it was lovely to possess familiar faces that people could easily integrate into our seating plan."

The couple met via Adam's work.

"The magazine where he works was hosting an event and that he'd been nominated for bar duty. I went to talk to him and wound up chatting through the night. He inquired about out for any drink the next weekend which was it. We'd been together for six years when Adam proposed on my small favorite beach in Cornwall. We got married almost 2 yrs later."

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"It's the cheesiest advice ever but stay true to yourself. You know what you want to opt for your gut. Don't browse around too much for the inspiration, imagine what you love also it'll all get together."

Sending a lot of congratulations and like to you both, Liz and Adam. It's been this type of privilege to feature the wedding today and I love your bridal style.
